Although the shop seemed to not get a lot of business, workers seemed bored everytime we came in. They did do everything we asked and there were no issues with picking up tuxes or dropping them off.

I would say that I went here out of convenience. And although my husband received a free tux, they definitely get their money from the poor groomsmen. I would say to NOT go here. I had varying prices (which doesn't make sense, when the groomsmen are similar sizes and receive the same outfit) which I called to inquire about... after staying on hold for almost 20 minutes, they came on the line and promised to call back. Four hours later, I had to call them again, only to talk to another staff member, who put me on hold once more. Over priced, and not very good service. Not impressed.

We visited twice for booking our tuxes. We were quoted different prices every time but were finally given a price with a coupon from David's Bridal. When we went in to make the final payment we were advised that we couldn't use the coupon because we weren't using vests with the tuxes. It was also too late to add the vests without a last minute fee which would have counteracted the coupon. I felt like no one in the store knew how the pricing worked and nothing was done to make up for the misinformation. Also, when my father tried to pick his up it didn't fit.

This vendor was a disaster! 10 out of 15 of our suits did not fit! When we went in to get them adjusted for the wedding, the employees tried to tell us that it fit just fine and that no changes need to be made. They said this about our usher whose pant legs were 2 inches TOO SHORT! In addition, my husband ordered an ivory tie; they gave him a white one. When he informed them he needed an ivory one, they gave him a dirty, sweat/BO smelling, used ivory tie. My father in law lost a button during pictures and some of the groomsmen ditched their coats right after the ceremony because they did not fit. No reinburtment was given for these mistakes and all the vendor had to say was, "It is very common to have some measurments off." No thank you!

My husband and I were gearing up for a destination wedding and decided on a white tuxedo for him. We went to Men's warehouse and the staff was super friendly and helped us decide on the specific tux. They help us figure what would go with what and the whole process was pretty painless and not all that time consuming They measured him- and we went through a special ordering process since we would be out of the country and would need to have the tux longer than is customary. They were very helpful in ensuring that the tux came in plenty of time and that we could keep it until we got back. When the tux came it, it fit him perfect and did not need additional alterations. We returned the tux the day after we got into town- and it was a process getting it back so it looked pretty beat up from the flights. They didn't give us any grief. Overall, we were very happy with the service.

We had a good experience with Men's Warehouse. If you rented 4 or more tuxes than the grooms was free. All of the tuxes were the correct size and we didn't have to make any adjustments.

We went to men's warehouse for all 15 of the tuxes for our wedding party, and I will never set foot in another men's warehouse store again! We selected them as the store for our guys tuxes, based on a guy we met at a bridal show, who was awesome! Unfortunatly thats where the professionalism hit a brick wall. When we went in to order the tuxes we had them ALL picked out. We went in about an hour before the store closed and the guy basicly told us that he didn't want to give us service. He said there wasn't enough time time pick out tuxes and fill out the information needed. He said we should go on line and look first. I then informed him that we already had the tuxes picked out and all the information typed up and ready for them. He said ok fine we can try but i still don't think we will have enough time to get it all done. So we set to work filling out info and my husband even got fitted for his tux in less than half an hour. On another occasion we went in to get a suit for my hubby for Easter the guy asked what we needed and how much we wanted to spend (which i think is kinda rude) after my hubby told him (who i should metion was a football player, so is a little big) the salesperson looked at my hubby laughed and said you wont find anything in your size for that prize anywhere, exspeshialy here. turned around and walked off. I thought at that point if half of the wedding party hadn't already been fitted and put a deposit on their tuxes i would have canceled the whole thing right then and there. We also had a horrible time getting things right for the tuxes. We had some groomsmen who where told they had to pay ALL upfront, and some who just had to pay a deposit. I then was informed that my two ring bearrers where paying double what we had been told that their tuxes where going to be. When i called to try and get in touch with someone about the prices the person who answered the phone said im sorry we don't hav etime to talk to you now, people in the store are more important, can i leave a name and number and we will call you when we have time. After waiting for three hours i called back got a different person on the phone and was told that nobody ever gave the message to anyone. Finaly when i did get to talk to someone about prices, i was told i was wrong and the small tuxes cost more becasue they are white. After arguing for an hour that i had been told different and had it writen down i got fed up and said just change them to black. Well that was a whole new problem, couldn't happen becasue the order was sent about two hours ago! I was furious. After talking with my mom she called and got the run around along with being told that she couldn't be told about any prices because her name wasn't anywhere on the account(even though SHE paid for 3 of the tuxes) Fed up with them my mom called their corparate number and talked on the phne going round and round with different people for hours on the phone, finaly after going up and up in the chain she got someone who said they could change the tuxes from whit eto black and we could be refunded. Ok so you would think the problems would stop then, well they didn't. When the guys got to the church the day of the wedding we found that 3 of them didn't get socks, one of the tuxes was coming unsewn at the seem and another one had two buttons fall off! Luck for me my grandmother could sew (she made all of the bridesmaids dresses) and she did what she could to fix the messed up tuxes. All in all i strongly encourage anyone and everyone, no matter how much of an insentive you get DO NOT GO TO MEN'S WAREHOUSE!

We used this service for tuxs. At one time they had a deal that you could get the groom's tux free with groomsmen tux rentals. The prices varied but there is something for everyone. One downside is that a few tuxs were missing items. But we went the day of the wedding and they found everything promptly and respectfully.
