Fran was such a sweet lady and absolutely wonderful at catering. She had her act together and really knew her stuff. I specifically remember being stressed about tablecloths and what I would use and she replied "Oh hon, don't you worry about that." She had everything I needed and was ready for anything that might go wrong. It seemed like she had a backup plan for everything. I'm sure I would've completely lost my mind if it hadn't been for her and her attention to details. -- Oh yeah, and the food was deeelicious!
